Wonderfully different

An organized action on raising awareness around the issue of autism.

The workshop is part of the thematic unit of the Skills Workshops “Interested and Active – Social Awareness & Responsibility”, addressed to  the sixth grade and  aims primarily at the development of life skills (Social life skills, Mediation and social empathy skills).

The program, designed by the Foundation’s Department of Mental Health, explores students’ perceptions of autism, while through activities invites them to enrich their knowledge, cultivate empathy with the ultimate goal of an inclusive culture.

The workshop is approved by the Institute of Educational Policy. It is posted on its website and it is available. (conducted in greeek)

Prevention of violence at school

The workshop is part of the thematic unit “I Care and Act – Social Awareness & Responsibility” and is addressed to the three grades of Gymnasium.

This program aims to prevent the phenomenon of violence in the school environment. It concerns the right to express gender and sexual identity without discrimination or intimidation, based on biological or social gender, the right to self-determination, the “NO” to any unwanted behavior and the active participation of adolescents in the creation of a favorable school climate, ultimately establishing information and access to prevention and support services.

The Workshop will be submitted for approval in the summer of 2023 and will be available on the website of the Institute of Educational Policy and will be available during the school year 2024-2025.
