The Foundation possesses one of the largest and most significant collections of 19th-century Greek printed books. They mainly originate from the collections of C. Th. Dimaras, G. P. Savvidis, G. Dolianitis, F. Iliou, and P. Laskaridis.
Among them are books, special pamphlets, unique or very rare items (with fewer than five known copies). They reflect the variety of Greek printing production, although most of them have literary, historical, religious, and philological content.
